How Can I Download My Personal Data from LinkLads? LinkLads prioritizes your privacy and makes it straightforward for you to download your personal data securely.
- Go to your profile picture in the top right, select ‘Settings,’ and then ‘My Info’
- Choose which or all of the data you wish to download.
- Click generate
What Kind of Data Will Be Included? The data provided will include chats, images, profile information, and account settings. This data exists both on our servers and on your device, and will be provided to you in two separate parts.
How Will I Get My Data? Your data will be downloaded directly to your device immediately after your request. It will be stored as a HTML file.
Device Data vs. Server Data Data from your device typically includes settings accessible only through your device, like profile notes and certain filters. Server data includes more comprehensive information like your account details, sent messages, and photos.
